1. Who is responsible
The notarial office Maison Vallier, established at 18 Rue des Tilleuls, 75008 Paris, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and in the course of the files it handles. Any question about this policy may be addressed to office@maisonvallier.fr.
2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (name, address, date and place of birth), contact details, and the financial and family information strictly necessary to prepare an authentic deed. Through this website we collect only what you submit in the contact form.
3. Why we collect it
Data is processed to fulfil our legal duty as public officers, to draft and register deeds, to meet anti-money-laundering obligations, and to respond to enquiries. We do not use your data for commercial profiling and we never sell it.
4. How long we keep it
Notarial deeds and their annexes are retained for seventy-five years, as required by the regulations governing notarial archives. Enquiries that do not lead to a file are deleted after three years without contact.
5. Who may receive it
Data may be transmitted to the land registry, the tax authority, co-notaries acting on the same file, and the professional bodies entitled to inspect our records. Any transfer outside the European Union is exceptional and framed by appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification of inaccuracies, and restriction of processing. The right to erasure is limited where retention is imposed by law, which is the case for authentic deeds. Requests are answered within one month.
7. Cookies
This website uses only the technical storage necessary to serve pages and remember your display preferences. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are installed.
